AWACS ™ Physician Report
The AWACS™ system gathers over 100 different personal health information data points during an initial telephone assessment and subsequent visit to the Provider. The data is analyzed automatically to generate a set of risk factors for each Patient. The Provider reviews the risk factors and develops follow-up care initiatives based on the data.
